These links are provided for your interest and benefit, however, they have not been
specifically selected for any special reason by the NJ LMSC.
USMS Links

SWIM, Inc. - (Specialized
Water Interest Movement) is a free (self-funded through donations) program that
provides recreational therapy for adults with a muscular impairment. There
are several chapters of SWIM throughout NJ.

International Society of Biomechanics in Sport - The site contains the latest findings of many of the leading swimming
science researchers with implications for coaches and swimmers. In particular, there is a
section called 'Did You Know?' which contains essential tidbits of information for
coaches, swimmers and media commentators. This web site is produced and maintained
by the International Society of Biomechanics in Sport, an organization devoted to
disseminating information to assist sports people to gain more satisfaction and enjoyment
from their sport.
